PD First Hour

Creatively holding space to truly listen to your teachers and have real discussion around educator burnout, mental health, the emotional journey of education, and co-creating a collective care community for your staff! Note – this may include live bite-sized performances of whimsical wisdom moments in education by our facilitation team with processing space and opportunity to ‘change the narrative’ – not your average skits 🙂

PD Second Hour

Your staff will be invited to go through the ‘Moments to Movements’ process with the Swing Set team, tapping into their own critical moments in education, being guided through a whimsical process of bringing these moments into the creative process, making larger connections to the movements of our time and possibly even a few mini medium-pressure performances!

Your staff will be guided to co-author a whimsical action plan for teacher burnout at your school!

All staff will take with them a ‘Top Secret” toolkit of whimsical wellbeing transformational tools, a ‘certified whimsy’ degree reminding them throughout the year to bring the whimsy to wellness, and a renewed sense of possibility.
